BANGKOK, Thailand, 23 January, 2023 – The new ‘A postcards from Europe: Kiwi fruit’ shows how Thais can start 2023 with healthy balanced lifestyle by showcasing an exciting and easy-to-make recipe that is set to become New Year taste sensation from ‘THE EUROPEAN ART OF TASTE: ITALIAN FRUIT & VEG MASTERPIECES’ project funded by the European Union and CSO Italy.
The video now makes it easier than ever to recreate the passion of Italian cuisine and European culinary classics in a Thai kitchen, using authentic and healthy ingredients, from the project.
Kiwi fruit is so delicious and healthy that it turns any recipe into a work of art. ‘THE EUROPEAN ART OF TASTE: ITALIAN FRUIT & VEG MASTERPIECES’ presents ‘Bruschetta with Gold Kiwi’:
Two slices of toasted bread, gold kiwi, walnuts to taste, blue cheese 30 grams, four pieces of ham, thyme to taste, honey to taste, a few pomegranate seeds, a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste (serves two).
Today Thai consumers are increasingly aware of the importance of leading a healthy and balanced life without sacrificing on taste. The quality and sources of our food has never been more important. Mediterranean-grown Kiwis, particularly those from Italy, continue to gain consumer appeal worldwide thanks to their superior quality and taste.
The Postcards from Europe: Kiwi video is another part of a digital campaign by ‘THE EUROPEAN ART OF TASTE: ITALIAN FRUIT & VEG MASTERPIECES’ project, which aims to promote fresh and processed European fruit and vegetables in Thailand (and in China, Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong), with a particular focus on fruit and vegetables produced in Italy, the land of beauty and sunshine. A three-year campaign is funded by the EU and conducted in collaboration with prominent Italian companies including Apofruit, Cico-Mazzoni, Conserve Italia, Lagnasco, Oranfrizer, Origine and RK Growers.
