APCOM Foundation and Love Foundation Launch a New Dimension of Cooperation in Digital Health for the Community
Bangkok, Thailand – 21 March 2024 – APCOM Foundation, in partnership with Love Foundation, announces a new collaborative effort aimed at enhancing digital health for the community. The signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) took place at Stranger Bar, Silom Soi 4, Bangkok, from 17:30 to 20:00.
This collaboration focuses on improving health services and information access for the LGBTQI+ community and other key populations through the digital platforms testBKK.org and Love2Test.org. These platforms offer services such as health screenings, access to prevention and treatment information, and awareness about health conditions in a friendly and inclusive environment. The MoU signing ceremony was held in the vibrant community space of Silom Soi 4, marked by simplicity, fun, and enhanced community participation. The event kicked off with a stunning drag show performance by Sri Mala from Drag Race Thailand.
Followed by a panel discussion on using data to empower the LGBTQI+ community and key populations through information and technology. Participants included APCOM, the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand, SWING, Hornet Thailand, and Love Foundation.
The ceremony culminated in the signing of the MoU, with distinguished guests from Mister Gay World Thailand and directors of both APCOM and Love Foundation signing the document and taking a group photo with more than 10 organizations in attendance. The event concluded with an impressive closing show.
