BANGKOK, THAILAND 29 March 2023 – BASE, Bangkok’s well-established HIIT and strength gym, is launching a ‘30-Day MyZone Challenge’ to help their members improve their fitness after the Songkran break.

The Challenge, running from 22nd April 2023 until 21st May 2023, is to complete 20 classes at BASE and to hit 2,500 ‘MyZone Effort Points’ (MEPs), which are accrued when wearing the heart rate belt during training. Everyone who completes the Challenge will win a month of BASE training, worth 7,900THB.

There are two options to join the Challenge – the New MyZone package includes MyZone heart rate belt (valued 4,900THB), or for those that already have a MyZone heart rate belt, there’s the Just Training Package.

MyZone uses the latest in fitness technology to help participants get motivated and hit their goals. The Challenge also uses proprietary technology called BASELINE, which tracks and records progress in cardio and strength.

All 30-Day MyZone Challenge participants can join group classes at any of their branches. There is an Early Bird promotional price available as well as the option to start a week early.
