Offering the first doorstep mobile device repair service in Asia under the Samsung Care+ programme
Bangkok, 21 October 2020 – bolttech announced its partnership with Samsung in Thailand, together offering doorstep mobile device repair services to owners of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets through the Samsung Care+ programme.
Samsung Care+ will offer doorstep mobile device repair and device care services and is exclusively available in Samsung experience stores for all new Galaxy smartphone and tablet users. Galaxy users can receive on-the-spot repair services from a specialist technician at their doorstep. The repair service, provided by bolttech, include physical and hardware repairs for accidental damage and breakdown repairs, with up to 10 on-site repairs per year. And in case that needs part replacement, logistic for picking up and return of device will be provided to Galaxy users.
The plans are available for purchase in more than 100 Samsung Experience stores in Thailand.

Samsung Care+ offers two plans: 1-year and 2-year on-site service plans for new Samsung mobile devices, with prices starting from THB 619. The service plan includes doorstep on-site repairs as well as nationwide in-store mobile device care services. Additionally, Samsung mobile device users in Thailand will also enjoy a complimentary worldwide mobile device insurance coverage for accidental damage when they purchase Samsung Care+ before 31 October 2020.
