Care For You: By Your Side campaign delivers comprehensive care throughout the customer ownership journey

The campaign offers roadside assistance and three extended warranty programs tailored to customer lifestyles

BANGKOK, THAILAND (31 August 2020) – Nissan in Thailand has launched the ‘Care For You: By Your Side’ aftersales service campaign that includes three Nissan extended premium warranty plans, tailored for customer needs and lifestyles, along with an additional roadside assistance offering for vehicles that are used more than three years, and after warranty expires. The goal is to provide valued customers comprehensive care throughout their ownership journey.

The activated roadside assistance program will let Nissan customers, including those with an out-of-warranty vehicle, enjoy ongoing complementary 24-hour roadside assistance if they take their vehicle for a periodic checkup and maintenance at any Nissan service center nationwide every six months. Nissan is the first automotive company in Thailand to offer this service to its valued customers. Current customers within the first 3 years of ownership of the new vehicle or within the first 10,000-kilometers driven (whichever comes first) will automatically receive roadside assistance service.

Complementary services included under this program include unlimited roadside assistance, free car lift and tow for the first 20 kilometers to the nearest Nissan service center, medical emergency service coordination, lock-out assistance, and technical consulting services for 24 hours in the event of a breakdown, and so much more.

“At Nissan, we want to ensure that our valued customers have the very best experience throughout their ownership journey. The Care For You: By Your Side with service activated roadside assistance and Nissan extended premium warranty programs follows the Care for You: Stay Connected, Stay Safe aftersales program that aims to support Nissan customers during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Nicolas Belaud, vice president of aftersales for Nissan in Thailand.

The extended Premium Warranty program allows Nissan Thailand’s valued customers to drive with the confidence and security of knowing they are protected by a Nissan premium warranty program. Nissan models that qualify for this program include Nissan March, Nissan Note, Nissan Almera, Nissan Navara, Nissan Sylphy, Nissan Urvan, Nissan Terra, Nissan Teana and Nissan X-Trail. This extended premium warranty coverage needs to be purchased within the first 7-months of ownership of the new vehicle or within the first 10,000-kilometers driven (whichever comes first).

The extended premium warranty program is designed to provide Nissan customers with best-in-class aftersales services, with prices starting from 2,500 Baht for a one-year (or 25,000 km) plan and 4,600 Baht for a two-year (50,000 km) plan. The extended premium warranty program has three different service levels – Maxi, Best Value, and Economy – to give Nissan customers a variety of options for protection to meet their individual needs at a price-point they can afford.
