KLUEA SAMUT: Art and Fashion Show
Bangkok, 13 June 2025 – The Office of Arts and Culture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, cordially invites you to explore the cycles of nature through the lens of contemporary art at the “KLUEA SAMUT” Art and Fashion Show, taking place on 28 June 2025 at 7:00 PM, at the Event Space, 14th Floor, EM Tower, EmSphere. The KLUEA SAMUT project reimagines the salt farming culture of Samut Songkhram Province through the creative visions of three renowned artists:
- Tom Potisit (Photography)
- Napon Kijrungruang (Fashion)
- Teerapon Seesang (Sculptural Hanging Art)
A major highlight of the event is a stunning runway installation featuring hanging sculptures made from coiled wire, fabric threads, and flowing patterns—visually expressing the theme “Crystallised by the Nature, Created by Imaginations.” This reflects the delicate yet harmonious relationship between humans and nature, embedded with deep cultural meanings.
As part of the project, the Office of Arts and Culture has also conducted hands-on fashion design workshops for local communities in Samut Songkhram, and organized mobile exhibitions to spread cultural knowledge and strengthen community identity in a sustainable and inclusive way.
