Nissan extends assistance for flood-affected customers

Offering flood relief aid to ensure Thailand’s flood victims receive necessary recovery support 

Bangkok, 15 September 2020 – In response to Thailand’s current floods that affects many parts of the country, Nissan in Thailand is extending a helping hand to assist customers whose vehicles have been damaged.

Until 30 November 2020, the company is offering a flood recovery program encompassing a 30% discount on Nissan genuine parts, lubricants, tires, chemical products and accessories. Part of Nissan’s Care For You initiative, benefits apply to Nissan customers who have been affected by the floods and whose vehicles are not covered by their vehicle insurance policy.

“At Nissan, we believe the way we care for our customers is just as important as the vehicle they own, especially in times of need. As an integral part of Nissan’s Care for You initiative, this flood recovery program is aimed at providing assistance to our valued customers at the times when they need the most,” said Nicolas Belaud, vice president of after sales for Nissan in Thailand.

The program demonstrates Nissan’s commitment as a strong mobility partner, at every step of their vehicle ownership journey, by providing support and necessary assistance so as to ensure that their lives can return to normal.

The Flood Recovery Program is a part of Nissan’s Care For You initiative, bringing a range of measures designed to support customers and ensure their continued safety during the current COVID-19 pandemic. These include safe and convenient vehicle test drive options, vehicle pickup and onsite services, beneficial promotions, and implementations of preventive measures for COVID-19 at Nissan showrooms and service centers nationwide.
