Prudential Thailand wins 9 awards from
TCCTA for customer service

Bangkok, Thailand, 5 November 2021 Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Prudential Thailand) has received 9 awards from 7 categories for customer service organized by The Thai Contact Center Trade Association (TCCTA), backing up the company’s ongoing commitment to deliver the best possible experience to all of their customers.
The awards were based on a strict criterion for contact center service and business administrative ability, as well as recognizing the outstanding work of staff within an organization, which is the key for establishing standards and consistency in terms of quality customer service.
Ms. Pasalaree Theerasas, Chief Customer Officer, Prudential Thailand, said, “These awards are a reminder that Prudential Thailand is committed to achieving our purpose of helping Thai people get the most out of life. The nine awards for companies with under 100 customer service staff include:
Gold Winners (Team awards)
- Best Facilities Contact Center – awarded to company with best workplace and its environment
Gold Winners (individual awards)
- Best Contact Center Support Professional of the Year (Administration Support)
- Best Contact Center Support Professional of the Year (Social Media Customer Care)
Bronze Winners (Team awards)
- Best Human Care Contact Center – awarded to company with best track record of employee engagement
Bronze Winners (individual awards)
- Best Contact Center Manager of the Year
- Best Contact Center Supervisor of the Year (two awards)
- Best Contact Center Agent of the Year (two awards)
