Award-winning Bangkok fitness studio BASE celebrates its fifth anniversary
BANGKOK, 25 August 2021 – Bangkok fitness studio BASE hit its fifth anniversary this month, celebrating an action-packed five years that has seen them win numerous industry awards and release BASELINE – an industry-leading fitness technology.
Having opened their first location in 2016, BASE opened a second gym in Sathorn a year later. In a busy 2018, BASE won ‘Asia’s Best Gym’ award in what was seen as a big step forward for Thailand’s fitness industry, as well as the opening of their third location in Ratchaprasong.
2019 saw a focus on technology, with the launch of their proprietary fitness tracking system, BASELINE. With the pandemic having hit the worldwide fitness industry hard since 2020, BASE have developed an online training platform called BASE Anywhere that’s helped people across the world stay healthy during rounds of lockdowns.
