Both models, FUSO TV3340S and FUSO FN2527, offer product enhancements to improve operating efficiencies
BANGKOK, Thailand (December 7, 2020) – Daimler Commercial Vehicles Thailand (DCVT) recently held its second Dealer Convention, unveiling two new models that were well received by those in attendance.
The two new trucks, the FUSO TV3340S and FUSO FN2527, come with product enhancements to improve operating efficiencies. The TV3340S is the first vehicle the company has launched in Thailand with a Mercedes-Benz 401 HP engine, driveline technology, and 12 gear automated transmission. Thanks to its ease-of-use Power Shift transmission, which lets an average driver operate it very efficiently, this model is also equipped with ABS brakes, a Power mode and an ECO driving mode as standard options.
The FN2527 is a successful and durable FUSO truck with splitter gears that makes its return to Thailand after being redesigned and optimized in Japan.
Mr. Stefano Giordani, CEO of DCVT introduced the two outstanding new products that will support the company’s development in Thailand as “a key strategic market in Southeast Asia”.
During the two-day Dealer Convention, the TV3340S and FN2527 were introduced with a product presentation and close-up ‘walk around’ truck inspection. Dealers were given the opportunity to test drive the trucks allowing them to feel the power and ease of operation. DCVT also shared activity plans to support new product launches under the theme of “What to do to Make New Models Successful.” Key topics included product selling points, activities that help drive sales, plus after sales readiness and preparation.
TV3340S is available in Thailand now. Customer can contact authorized Fuso dealers for further information or test drive.
